The role
We are seeking a highly organised and process-driven HR Executive to manage the operational foundation of our human resources department. This role is critical to the seamless execution of our recruitment processes and the structural integrity of internal operations. You will serve as the central coordinator for talent acquisition logistics and take ownership of drafting and strictly implementing company policies.

- Detail-oriented administration: from a leave policy to an interview itinerary, a zero-defect mentality.
- Reliable execution: HR is the backbone of company operations - you keep the administrative engine running without interruption.
What you will own
- Own candidate pipeline logistics end to end - sourcing schedules, multi-stage interviews, and a frictionless candidate experience.
- Maintain and optimise intricate schedules across departments with zero conflicts.
- Draft, refine and rigorously implement company policies with total organisational consistency.

- On-site at our Financial District office, Hyderabad, with flexi hours and flexi days by policy.
