Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting & Reporting:
Manage overall accounting operations, general ledger, and financial statements.
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Prepare financial reports, MIS, and management dashboards.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
Oversee GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable tax compliances.
Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and tax payments. Coordinate with tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Manage tax assessments, reconciliations, and related documentation.

3. Costing & Budgeting:
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Monitor manufacturing costs, overheads, and operating expenses, where applicable. Analyze product costing, profitability, and cost optimization opportunities. Support pricing decisions through financial analysis.

4. Audit & Internal Controls:
Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

5. Working Capital & Treasury




Monitor receivables, payables, inventory, and working capital cycles.
Manage cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
Optimize fund utilization and support timely vendor payments. Review credit exposure and outstanding collections.

6. Business Finance & Strategic Support:
Provide financial insights to management for business decisions.
Analyze profitability, operational performance, and financial KPIs.
Support investment appraisals, financial planning, and business expansion.
Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and operations teams.

Required Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
Robust knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
Ability to manage deadlines and work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in the automobile Dealership. Exposure to inventory accounting, product costing, and manufacturing finance is an advantage.
Experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, working capital management, and audit coordination is preferred.
