We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online selling platforms and marketplace operations for our apparel and garment business.

The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, uploading product images, updating prices and inventory, maintaining product catalogues, and ensuring that all products are accurately listed across multiple e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of e-commerce marketplace dashboards, product cataloguing, inventory management, and online order processing.

Key responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the company's e-commerce seller accounts and online marketplaces.
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings for clothing and apparel products.
- Upload product images and update product titles, descriptions, article numbers, sizes, colours, prices, and other specifications.
- Manage product variations, including sizes and colours, and maintain accurate SKU details.
- Monitor and update online inventory to prevent stock mismatches and overselling.
- Handle product listing errors, catalogue updates, and listing approvals.
- Process and monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor account health,



product performance, and marketplace notifications.
- Maintain accurate product catalogues and regular reports in Excel.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, listing quality, and online sales.
- Ensure all marketplace listings follow platform guidelines and policies.

Requirements

- Previous experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management is preferred.
- Knowledge of seller portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel and product data management.
- Understanding of product cataloguing, SKU management, and inventory updates.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings.
- Basic knowledge of product image editing and listing SEO is an advantage.
- Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.

Preferred candidate

- Experience in the garment, fashion, or apparel industry.
- Experience managing multiple marketplace accounts.
- Knowledge of bulk product uploads and catalogue management.
- Ability to manage the complete listing process from product data preparation to publishing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
