Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Internship Trainer to guide interns through practical training, project-based learning, and professional development. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective training, monitoring intern performance, and ensuring the successful completion of internship objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured training sessions and provide practical guidance to interns in the relevant subject area.
- Develop training materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with internship objectives and industry requirements.
- Monitor interns’ attendance, performance, and learning progress, providing regular feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with the Placement and Academic teams to address intern concerns and maintain progress reports.
- Develop interns’ professional skills, guide them through practical projects, and identify high-performing candidates for career opportunities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, attendance requirements, and skilled standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in the respective domain.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of the relevant field.
- Good communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage interns, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Good organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or relevant industry agency is preferred.
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
