Dharmalife is seeking a dynamic and passionate Programme Coordinator – Online Education to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of its online learning initiatives. The role will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end teaching - learning operations, including school permissions, course aligned content development (TLM), student enrolment, onboarding and engagement, tutor and volunteer management, learner progress tracking, LMS administration, content coordination, MIS reporting, and stakeholder communication. The Programme Coordinator will work closely with students, parents, field teams, tutors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery, high learner engagement, and achievement of educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mobilization and Tutor Management

- Recruit and manage online tutors and volunteers from premier colleges.
- Ensure effective engagement and retention of tutors.

2. Program Delivery and Operational Management

- Seek school and department permissions for execution.
- Manage content planning, review, and updates as per program requirements.
- Possess a basic understanding of content development and instructional design.
- Deliver online classes and student webinars as per the academic schedule.
- Manage and monitor learner progress through the LMS.
- Ensure timely uploading, organization, and maintenance of course content on the LMS.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of online classes, including scheduling, batch formation, and attendance tracking.
- Manage post-class activities such as feedback collection and Q&A; sessions for doubt resolution.

3. Field Coordination and Stakeholder Communication





- Collaborate with LUYM Field Leads in rural India to onboard students.
- Understand and address the specific needs of students and parents.
- Regularly communicate with parents and students to gather feedback and identify learning requirements.

4. Data Management, Analytics and Reporting

- Maintain accurate records of enrolled students.
- Manage subscription data and analyze the satisfaction levels of students, teachers, and parents.
- Monitor and report on dropout rates.
- Create and publish relevant MIS reports in accordance with LUYM guidelines and processes.
- Track, monitor, and report on program outcomes aligned with learning and development goals for the target group of students.

5. Platform Management

- Serve as the Program SPOC for continuous improvement of the online learning platform and LMS.

Requirement -

1. Proven experience in educational program management.

2. Preference to Ed-tech / eLearning experience

3. Proficiency in data management and analysis.

4. Robust organizational and multitasking skills

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

6. Familiarity with online learning platforms and LMS.

7. Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

8. Ready to travel to programme locations as per the requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
