Job Description – Area Sales Manager (ASM) Company: MediCube Health Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Headquarters: Chennai Territory: Entire Chennai Geography CTC: ₹6–7 Lakhs per Annum Experience & Eligibility - Minimum 3 years of experience in an ASM role is mandatory. - Minimum 3 years of experience in Surgical Products / OTC / Hygiene Care Products is mandatory. - Minimum 5 years of experience handling the Chennai market is compulsory. - Candidates must have proven experience in team handling, distributor management, and sales development. Key Responsibilities - Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve business targets. - Appoint and manage distributors, stockists, and channel partners. - Lead and monitor Sales Officers and frontline sales teams. - Expand distribution and retail outlet coverage across Chennai. - Develop market penetration strategies and strengthen channel relationships. - Monitor competitor activities, sales performance, stock availability, and collections.



Candidate Profile - Solid knowledge of the Chennai market and established distributor network. - Proven track record in Surgical, OTC, or Hygiene Care product sales. - Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills. - Ability to build and manage a high-performing sales team. Interested and eligible candidates may share their updated CV along with current CTC, expected CTC, and notice period. Note: All three experience criteria are mandatory. Candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
