Job Summary
JadeBlue Lifestyle India Limited is looking for a customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the retail apparel industry. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting apparel based on their preferences and requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain product displays, store presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Explain product features, fabric quality, and styling options to customers.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the store team for inventory management.
- Handle customer queries and support daily store operations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a passion for fashion and retail.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.
- Willingness to work in a retail store environment and rotational shifts.
