Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have completed the CA course requirements and gained practical experience through CA articleship, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Analyse financial data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.




- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.

Eligibility Criteria

- Candidates who have completed the CA course requirements and undergone CA articleship.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP systems.
- Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in financial reporting, reconciliation, and audit coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple accounting activities and meet deadlines.
