Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in lead management, customer communication, sales follow-ups, and day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, solid coordination abilities, and an interest in B2B IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and customer inquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of customer requirements and orders.
- Track sales opportunities, pending quotations, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule client meetings and support the sales team in achieving business targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure timely communication with clients.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in inside sales, sales coordination, telesales, or customer relationship management is preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with a team.
- Knowledge of IT products, software, networking, or IT services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹241,000.00 - ₹312,000.00 per year
