Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to drive business strategy, market research, marketing initiatives, and business development. The candidate will work closely with senior management to identify growth opportunities, strengthen market presence, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organisational growth objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to identify current business opportunities.
- Identify potential customers, markets, and business segments for expansion.
- Support business development, customer acquisition, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Develop marketing plans, promotional strategies, and brand positioning initiatives.
- Analyse sales performance, market share, customer requirements, and business profitability.
- Prepare business plans, presentations, MIS reports, and strategic dashboards for management review.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure effective execution of business plans.
- Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Support senior management in strategic projects, new product/market development, and growth initiatives.

Educational Qualification

MBA in Marketing / Business Strategy / Business Management.



Relevant postgraduate qualifications will be preferred.

Experience & Skills

- 5-8 years of experience in business strategy, marketing, business development, or strategic planning.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or auto-components industry will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, market research, and business planning skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, and management presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
