Job Description – Admission Counselor

Location: The Quantium School, Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle admission enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Explain the school's curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures to parents.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits and parent interactions.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain admission records, enquiry databases, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Admissions teams to achieve enrolment targets.
- Provide a positive and qualified experience to parents throughout the admission process.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, customer service, or sales, preferably in a school.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience in an international or Cambridge curriculum school is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
