Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and maintain journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory filings, as applicable.
- Monitor expenses, cash flow, and outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions for audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers,



and internal departments regarding financial matters.
- Support the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

- B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with Tally, Tally Prime, or other accounting software.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and other applicable tax regulations.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
