Job Summary

The Electronics Diploma Executive is responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components, circuits, and systems. This position combines technical, hands-on assembly or repair with executive-level tasks like maintaining databases.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Testing & Troubleshooting: Diagnose component-level faults on PCBs using multiometers, oscilloscopes, and basic electronic testing instruments. Identify dry solder, short circuits, and failed analog/digital components.
- Assembly & Repair: Perform skilled soldering and desoldering of SMD (Surface Mount Device) components.
- Documentation & Validation: Maintain accurate electrical/electronic component databases.
- System Installation & Service: Conduct on-site field installation, calibration, and commissioning of electronic equipment or PLC-based control systems.
- Component Sourcing: Assist engineering teams in reverse-engineering older hardware and sourcing optimal alternative components based on pricing and component lifecycle status.

Required Technical Skills

- Hardware Knowledge: Mastery of analog/digital circuits,



microcontrollers, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, CAN).
- Equipment Mastery: High proficiency using testing tools, wiring setups, and precise bench equipment.
- Software & CAD: Basic knowledge of automated circuit design or simulation (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or basic PCB routing software) and administrative software like MS Excel for project tracking.
- Automation (Preferred): Basic understanding of programming PLC systems and integrating sensors.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

- Education: A 3-year technical diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or Instrumentation Engineering recognized by the relevant tech board (e.g., AICTE).
- Experience: Open to fresh graduates (0–1 years of experience) as a trainee executive, or 1–3 years for lateral executive entry.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
