Its advanced body composition analysers help healthcare professionals, nutritionists, fitness experts, and wellness practitioners gain valuable insights into body composition beyond conventional weighing scales

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented Product Specialist – Tanita BCA to demonstrate our products, explain their features and functionality, and help customers understand the value of Tanita's body composition analysis technology.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, educating customers on product features and reports, supporting the sales team during customer interactions, and ensuring a positive product experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a willingness to travel, and the ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Demonstrations: Conduct live product demonstrations of Tanita Body Composition Analysers (BCA) for hospitals, clinics, gyms, nutritionists, dietitians, wellness centres, and other prospective customers
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Tanita products, their features, specifications, functionality, and applications across healthcare, fitness, nutrition, and wellness.
- Customer Education: Explain body composition parameters, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, BMI, body water,



and other measurements supported by the respective device.
- Report Interpretation: Help customers understand Tanita-generated reports and explain the significance of the available measurements within the product's intended use, without making unsupported medical claims
- Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team during client meetings, presentations, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to support product positioning and conversion.
- Customer Engagement: Understand customer requirements, address product-related queries, and recommend appropriate product models based on their intended application
- Training: Conduct product training sessions for customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams to strengthen product knowledge and confidence.
- Lead Support: Assist the sales team in handling product enquiries, conducting follow-up demonstrations, and nurturing prospective customers.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on product developments, competitor offerings, industry trends, and new applications in body composition analysis.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of product demonstrations, customer feedback, training sessions, and follow-up requirements.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist customers with product familiarisation and basic usage-related queries, coordinating with the relevant technical team for service or troubleshooting requirements.
- Travel & Events: Travel to customer locations across assigned territories and participate in exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and industry events as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Sports Science, Nutrition and Dietetics, Physiotherapy,



Biomedical Science, Healthcare, or a related field.

* Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in medical, fitness, and wellness technology may also apply.

* Fluency in spoken English and Hindi is mandatory.

* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to explain technical product features in simple, explicit, and engaging language.

* Strong interest in body composition analysis, health technology, fitness, nutrition, or medical equipment.

* Willingness to travel extensively for customer demonstrations, training, and business requirements.

* Comfortable interacting with doctors, dietitians, fitness professionals, hospital administrators, business owners, and other stakeholders.

* Basic proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and reporting.

* A proactive, presentable, organised, and self-motivated approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in product demonstrations, product training, clinical applications, medical equipment, fitness equipment, or healthcare sales support.

● Familiarity with body composition analysis, nutrition assessment, fitness testing, or healthcare technology.

● Experience conducting customer presentations, workshops, or training sessions.

● A valid driving licence and willingness to undertake frequent travel would be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
