Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in desktops, laptops, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems, drivers, and applications.
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of computer systems.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues and configure routers, modems, and LAN/WAN connections.
- Provide technical support to customers and resolve their queries efficiently.
- Maintain service records and prepare reports on repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure proper handling of customer systems and follow safety protocols.
- Assist in assembling and testing recent computer systems before delivery.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in computer hardware and software servicing.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with Windows, Linux,



and Mac operating systems is a plus.
- Ability to install and configure software, drivers, and peripherals.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and customer handling ability.
- Ability to work independently and on-site at customer locations if required.
