Job Role

We are looking for a Real Estate Pre sales Executive to handle client calls, understand property requirements, and collect the necessary details from buyers, sellers, and property owners. The main responsibility is to match client requirements with available properties and share the relevant information with the Residential or Commercial team for further follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Call clients and understand their buying, selling, or leasing requirements.
- Collect details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and other preferences.
- Gather property information from buyers, sellers, owners, and brands.




- Match client requirements with suitable available properties.
- Forward client details and relevant property options to the respective sales team.
- Coordinate with the Residential and Commercial teams for lead handovers.
- Follow up with clients to confirm their requirements and update information.
- Maintain client details, call records, and lead status in the CRM or internal system.
- Keep the sales team updated on client requirements and follow-up progress.

Requirements

- Any degree is acceptable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
- Kannada and English language skills preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good listening, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Interest in real estate and willingness to learn about the property market.
