SEO Expert – On-Page SEO & Link Building

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO expert who can independently manage on-page SEO and link-building activities across up to 15 projects. This role is ideal for someone who understands SEO beyond theory, can manage multiple websites, and is focused on delivering measurable improvements in organic search performance.

You will have the flexibility to manage your work independently, provided deadlines, quality standards, and agreed performance targets are met.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage on-page SEO across multiple websites, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, content optimisation and URL structure.
- Conduct keyword research and map target keywords to relevant pages.
- Identify technical and content-related SEO issues and coordinate their resolution where required.
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns to improve website authority and search visibility.
- Identify relevant websites and link-building opportunities, conduct outreach, and secure quality backlinks.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, backlink growth, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and reliable SEO tools to track performance and identify opportunities.
- Maintain project-wise reports, track deliverables, and ensure consistent progress across assigned websites.
- Stay updated on changes in search algorithms, SEO practices, and link-building standards.





What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in SEO, particularly on-page optimisation and link building.
- A proven track record of improving keyword rankings, organic traffic and backlink profiles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently without constant supervision.
- Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics and commonly used SEO tools.
- Strong research, analytical and execution skills.
- Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and maintain clear performance reports.
- A results-orientated approach focused on sustainable SEO practices rather than shortcuts.

Compensation & Incentives

- Fixed monthly pay: 15,000.
- Performance incentives: Linked to agreed keyword ranking, organic traffic, and link-building targets.
- Potential total monthly earnings: Up to 30,000, depending on targets achieved.
