About Job Spectra

Job Spectra operates across domestic recruitment, overseas jobs, study abroad, travel and immigration services. We are looking for motivated interns to join our Koramangala office and support our growing operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage lead data, update CRM records and maintain spreadsheets.
- Research job vacancies, employers, recruitment agencies and business partners.
- Assist with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling and routine coordination.
- Track client documents and pending requirements.
- Assist with job postings, social media content and basic marketing activities.
- Support daily administrative tasks and business operations.
- Use AI tools to automate routine tasks and improve productivity.

Who Can Apply?

- Freshers and college students are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, MS Excel and computers.
- Organized,



proactive and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working with AI tools and digital platforms.
- Able to work from our Koramangala office.
