Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role

1. Operational Management:

- Oversee all operational activities within the FMS division, including maintenance, housekeeping, security, landscaping, and other facility management services.

- Establish and enforce operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent service delivery and adherence to quality and safety standards.

- Monitor operational performance metrics, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations.

- Collaborate with the sales and client services teams to develop customized solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations promptly,



and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and maintain positive client relationships.

3. Business Development

- Identify and secure new clients.

- Develop sales strategies.

- Negotiate and close deals to secure new business.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

- Implement business development plans.

4. Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the annual budget for the FMS division, ensuring alignment with financial targets and business objectives.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability and resource utilization.

- Responsible for P&L; for the region

- Evaluate pricing strategies, contract terms, and vendor agreements to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
