Job Summary

Airaavata Hospitals is looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospital HR & Administration Manager to lead and manage the hospital's complete human resources operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare HR management, employee relations, recruitment, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and day-to-day HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Employee Management

- Oversee daily HR operations across hospital departments.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, shifts, and payroll coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures.

Recruitment & Workforce Planning

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, technicians, administrative personnel, and support staff.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee exit processes.
- Work with department heads to identify staffing requirements and maintain adequate workforce availability.

Compliance & Administration

- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate employee contracts, HR audits, and compliance documentation.




- Support hospital administrative processes and interdepartmental coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional workplace standards.

Employee Relations & Performance

- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate performance evaluations and employee development activities.
- Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Provide HR reports and workforce updates to hospital management.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitals or healthcare institutions.
- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, recruitment, and payroll processes.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
