HR Associate Job Description

- Role Overview: Manages daily HR operations, acts as a primary contact for employee inquiries, and supports the human resources department in maintaining a compliant and productive workplace.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and guide recent hires through orientation and paperwork.
- Advantages & Leave Administration: Assist employees with health, welfare, or insurance inquiries, and track leave requests or pre-certifications.
- Recordkeeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files, process HR data tracking, and ensure adherence to local labor laws.

- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management,
