Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant to manage and support SAP Sales and Distribution processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD, a robust understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, and the ability to coordinate with sales, logistics, finance, and other business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and support SAP SD functionalities, including sales order processing, delivery, shipping, pricing, and billing.
- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
- Handle customer master data, material master data, and pricing conditions.
- Resolve SAP SD functional issues and provide timely support to end users.
- Coordinate with business teams to understand requirements and implement appropriate SAP solutions.
- Support order processing, dispatch, invoicing, returns, and credit management activities.
- Work on SAP SD integration with SAP MM and SAP FI modules.
- Participate in functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and system enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation and user guides.
- Support implementation, rollout,



and ongoing system improvement activities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution processes.
- Knowledge of sales orders, delivery processing, pricing, billing, and invoicing.
- Understanding of the complete Order-to-Cash cycle.
- Familiarity with SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP MM and SAP FI.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, dairy, or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and dispatch-related business processes.
- SAP SD certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
