About the Role
High Top Men’s Tailors is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Sales & Store Executive to manage daily store operations, assist customers in selecting fabrics and tailoring products, and maintain proper stock and store organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their fabric and tailoring requirements.
- Show and explain different fabrics, designs, patterns and available products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable fabrics and products according to their preferences and budget.
- Handle customer inquiries and support sales conversion.
- Maintain proper fabric display and ensure all products are neatly arranged.
- Keep fabrics,
products and accessories in their designated places after use.
- Keep the store clean, organized and presentable.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and support daily store operations.Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic sales and product presentation skills.
- Responsible, organized and willing to handle both sales and store-related work.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining stock and sales records is an advantage.
- Experience in a garment shop, fabric store or men’s tailoring showroom will be preferred.
