We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic IT Supporting Executive to join our team. The candidate should possess positive communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries through social media platforms and phone calls.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries received through Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist customers with technical queries and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Provide timely and professional customer support.
- Handle administrative and support-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements





- Minimum qualification: BCA or MBA.
- Basic to intermediate technical knowledge is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Ability to manage social media communications professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet knowledge.
- Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills.
