**Key Responsibilities**

- Administer and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.

- Configure and manage security policies, NAT rules, routing, zones, address objects, services,



and security profiles.

- Support Prisma solutions, GlobalProtect, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access.

- Monitor network performance, firewall traffic, availability, and security events.

- Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, DHCP, authentication, VPN, and application-access issues.

- Perform firewall upgrades, configuration backups, policy reviews, and security remediation.

- Investigate network and security incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, service desk, and application teams.

- Execute network changes according to change-management procedures.

- Maintain network diagrams, firewall documentation, operating procedures, and configuration records.

- Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and on-call operations.

**Additional Requirements**

- Life sciences project experience.

- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts and supporting enterprise network operations.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
