Job description:

· Provide service support for company products

· Guide service team during commissioning

· Recruit & train service engineers

· Train dealer engineers, customer engineers on company products

· Manage commissioning of company products supplied in field

· Provide support services by visits, over phone or e-mail

· Co-ordinate with marketing team for smooth execution of orders

· Failure analysis & repairs of products received from field

· Job involves travelling all over India

Candidate profile:

· This position is only for local candidate, engineer by profession.

· Graduate Electrical/Electronic engineer with additional qualification in management

· Should have Service support experience on industrial Electrical/ Electronic products

· Team handling experience necessary

· Only those working in Service / Support department with at least for 8 years should apply.

Experience: Candidate should have at least 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing dept.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
