Job title : Business Development Executive - Inside Sales

Key Responsibilities:

* Contact and manage inbound leads received through SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, referrals, and other channels.

* Understand each prospective client·s business requirements, budget, timeline, and service expectations.

* Qualify enquiries and identify suitable sales opportunities based on client needs.

* Explain relevant services, eligibility requirements, processes, documentation, and benefits to prospective clients.

* Address client concerns about pricing, timelines, documentation, and service scope.

* Convert qualified enquiries into paying clients through effective consultation and sales follow-ups.

Requirements:





* 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, telesales, or a similar role.

* Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

* Ability to manage multiple leads, meet sales targets, and use CRM tools effectively.

* Experience in consulting, company formation, or skilled services is an advantage

Work location : Kombodinjamakkal, Chalakudy

Work time : 10.30 AM - 7.30 PM

Week off : Friday
