Seeking an experienced Associate Principal specializing in BI Solutions Architecture to lead and innovate business intelligence initiatives within the organization
Job Description
Design and develop scalable BI solutions aligned with business goals Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions Evaluate and implement BI tools and technologies to enhance data analytics capabilities Ensure the integration and optimization of BI platforms for improved data accessibility and reporting Drive continuous improvement in BI architecture to support evolving business needs Mentor and guide technical teams in BI best practices and solution delivery Participate in strategic planning to align BI initiatives with organizational objectives
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and deployment of endtoend BI solutions ensuring high performance and reliability Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert consultation on BI strategies Oversee data modeling ETL processes and reportdashboard development Manage and coordinate BI project lifecycle from design through implementation and maintenance Establish standards and governance for BI solutions to ensure data quality and security Drive innovation by researching emerging BI technologies and recommending adoption where appropriate Provide leadership and mentorship to BI architects and developers to build a highperforming team
