Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Manager for non south – Collections Operations with a strong background in collections or call centre operations. The ideal candidate should have proven people-management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing large teams in a target-driven environment.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a workforce of 100+ employees through team leaders and supervisors, driving collection performance, and ensuring process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

● Team Management: Lead and manage 100+ employees through team leaders and supervisors, ensuring productivity, accountability, and operational discipline.

● Collections Operations: Oversee daily collection activities, monitor targets, and drive recovery performance across assigned portfolios.

● Performance Management: Track key metrics such as productivity, collection efficiency, conversion rates, attendance, attrition, and shrinkage.

● Leadership & Development: Guide team leaders, conduct performance reviews, and develop action plans to improve team effectiveness.

● Target Achievement: Ensure monthly and daily business targets are met through effective planning, monitoring, and execution.

● Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and review operational reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.





● Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with senior management, HR, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

● Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, customer communication standards, data confidentiality, and applicable collection and recovery guidelines.

● Employee Engagement: Address operational challenges, manage escalations, and support employee retention and workforce stability.

● Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce attrition, and enhance overall team performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● Minimum 5 years of experience in collections, call centre, BPO, fintech, banking, or NBFC operations.

● Proven experience managing large teams, preferably through team leaders or supervisors, with exposure to a workforce of 100+ employees.

● Fluent in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

● Strong leadership, team-management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

● Experience in target-driven operations and performance monitoring.

● Good knowledge of operational metrics, MIS reports, Excel, and productivity tracking.

● Ability to handle escalations, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Solid ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Candidates from fintech collections, loan recovery, banking, NBFC, BPO, or call centre operations.

● Experience managing multi-team operations and working with team leaders.

● Familiarity with collection management systems, dialers, CRM tools, and operational dashboards.

● Ability to balance business targets with employee management and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
