You will find and approach potential clients, present our IT and digital marketing services, and turn leads into long term business relationships. You will work closely with our digital marketing, design and development teams to create proposals that fit each client’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
- Identify and approach businesses that need IT solutions (websites, apps, custom software) and digital marketing services
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions and proposals
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads and close deals
- Conduct client meetings and service presentations, in person and online
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery
- Research the market, competitors and industry trends to find new opportunities
- Maintain a lead and sales pipeline in a CRM or tracker and report progress regularly
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements





- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good knowledge of IT services (web development, mobile apps, software solutions) and the digital marketing field (SEO, social media, Meta/Google Ads, branding)
- 1 - 3 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing, ideally with an IT company or digital agency
- Strong presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confident in meeting clients and handling objections
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office / Google Workspace and proposal writing
- Self motivated, target oriented and able to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field

Positive to Have

- Experience selling B2B services or working with a client portfolio
- Existing network of business contacts in Kerala or other markets
- Understanding of how digital campaigns and software projects are delivered

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
