Looking for Business Development Manager for a reputed European Kitchen Interior brand, Wurfel Kuche Kitchens & Wardrobes.

Gender : Male/Female

Qualification : Graduate in any field

Experience : more than 5 years in Business Development, Marketing and Sales of Residential interiors, construction, real estate or in similar field.

Skillset: Positive verbal and written communication, confident presentation of ideas and pleasant interaction with all, ability to find, follow through and convert leads

The candidate shall be proficient in sales pitching, field sales and relationship building. Responsibilities include:

1. Customer Interaction on site and in showroom.

2. Architect meet and sales pitch

3. Site Visiting

4. Closure and negotiations.

5. Strategizing new business plans.

5. Forecasting studio sales target and working towards achieving those targets.

6. Regulating and updating the CRM.

7. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and architects.
