Clinic Manager cum Admin & Sales – Ghaziabad

Location: Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and administration.
- Handle doctors, therapists, front office, and support staff.
- Manage patient coordination, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Drive sales of treatments, therapies, and wellness packages.
- Handle leads, conversions, repeat visits, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain clinic records, inventory, billing, and daily reports.
- Ensure proper hygiene, discipline, and smooth clinic functioning.
- Handle patient queries and resolve operational issues.
- Coordinate with management for clinic requirements and performance.

Requirements:

- Graduate preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Ayurveda, wellness, healthcare, hospital, or clinic operations preferred.
- Strong communication, sales, administration, and team-handling skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
