Pantheon Digitals is looking for an experienced performance marketer to generate qualified B2B leads for Zfour HRMS, our human resource management software.

Mandatory: Candidates must have previous experience working with an HRMS / HRTech company in marketing, advertising or lead generation.

Responsibilities

- Run lead generation campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Generate qualified leads from HR managers, CHROs, founders and business owners.
- Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
- Manage conversion tracking, landing pages, retargeting and campaign reporting.
- Analyse performance and improve marketing ROI.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience.




- Previous HRMS / HRTech industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- LinkedIn Ads experience is an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate previous campaign performance and lead generation results.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
