About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and persuasive Property Advisor (Upseller) who is fluent in Tamil and can help customers identify the right property-related services for their needs.

In this role, you will interact with existing and potential customers, understand their requirements, explain relevant services available on the Landeed platform, and recommend additional services that provide value to them.

The ideal candidate should have excellent Tamil communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to identify sales opportunities while building trust with customers.

Important: Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory for this position. Candidates who cannot communicate confidently in Tamil will not be suitable for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers and communicate with them in Tamil to understand their property-related requirements.
- Explain Landeed's services and help customers understand how the platform can meet their needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services based on customer requirements.
- Recommend suitable additional services by clearly communicating their perks and value.
- Follow up with interested customers to address queries and support purchasing decisions.
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, helpful, and persuasive communication.
- Handle customer objections confidently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales outcomes in the company's systems.
- Achieve assigned sales, upselling, conversion, and follow-up targets.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Share recurring customer concerns and feedback with the relevant teams to help improve services.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Fluency in spoken Tamil is mandatory.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations, objections, and follow-ups.
- Interest in sales, upselling, customer engagement, and relationship management.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphones, web applications, and customer management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Willingness to work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, upselling, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with strong Tamil communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Knowledge of English or additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
