Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an interest in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and brand building, along with basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media platforms, support digital campaigns, and help increase brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain Capabl's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, and other social media content.
- Assist in developing monthly social media content calendars.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form content for social media.
- Support digital marketing campaigns for workshops, programs, events, and other initiatives.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities.
- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Assist with basic SEO, keyword research, and website/content optimization.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for marketing creatives.
- Use tools such as Canva, CapCut/Premiere Pro, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics,



or similar platforms.
- Assist in competitor and market research.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and visual identity.
- Support other marketing activities and campaigns as required.
