*Job Title:* Admission Counsellor

*Location:* Green Park Main, Current Delhi (On-site / Work From Office)

*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday

*Working Hours:* 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

*Number of Openings:* 5

*Experience Required:* 1 to 3 Years (in Education / Admission Consultancy Only)

*Salary Range:* INR 15,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on Interview & Experience)

*Role Overview:*

We are looking for experienced and target-driven Admission Counsellors to join our team.

*Roles & Responsibilities:*

1. Handle and convert raw leads through cold calling and other sources.

2. Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and career options.

3. Perform regular follow-ups to close admissions.

4. Achieve daily,



weekly, and monthly admission targets.

5. Maintain proper lead data and follow-up records in the CRM.

*Requirements:*

1. Minimum 1 year and Maximum 3 years of experience in the same field is mandatory.

2. Strong communication, convincing, and counselling skills.

3. Must be comfortable with cold calling and sales targets.
