Fountainhead School invites enthusiastic educators to join our team as Homeroom Teachers for Junior KG, Senior KG, and Grades 1–6.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for students from Junior KG to Grade 6.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking.
- Apply child-centred, inquiry-based, and activity-based teaching strategies to support student learning.
- For Early Years educators, incorporate Montessori-inspired teaching practices and hands-on learning experiences.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Monitor students' academic progress, social development, and overall well-being.
- Maintain effective classroom management and foster positive relationships with students.
- Collaborate with colleagues, academic leaders, and parents to support students' holistic development.
- Participate in professional development programmes, team meetings, and school initiatives.
- Contribute to a collaborative learning environment that promotes innovation and continuous improvement.

Educational Qualifications





- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant discipline is preferred.
- A B.Ed. qualification is preferred.
- Montessori training or certification is an added advantage, particularly for Junior KG and Senior KG positions.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- A genuine interest in working with young learners.
- A child-centred approach with the ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in early childhood education, Montessori teaching, primary education, or the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
