Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, develop, and modify CNC machine programs as per engineering drawings.
- Create and optimize CNC programs using G-code and M-code.
- Operate and program CNC Turning, VMC, HMC, or CNC Milling machines, as applicable.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and component specifications.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and machining parameters.
- Determine cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut, and tool offsets.
- Perform tool setting, job setting, and prove-out of recent CNC programs.
- Reduce cycle time and improve productivity without compromising quality.
- Troubleshoot machining problems, tool wear, and program errors.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Tool Room departments.
- Ensure component quality and dimensional accuracy as per drawings.
- Maintain CNC programs, setup sheets, and process documentation.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and 5S standards.

Required Skills





- Knowledge of CNC programming (G-code and M-code).
- Experience with CNC Turning / VMC / HMC machines.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, carbide inserts, and tooling applications.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers, as applicable.
- Ability to optimize machining cycle time and tool life.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Experience

- CNC programming and production machining experience.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or similar, where applicable.
- Experience in tool selection and machining process development.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
