Job Title: Video Presenter & Content Creator

Video Anchor / Host – Digital Marketing (Face on Camera)

We are looking for a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Video Presenter & Content Creator to become the face of our digital marketing agency. You will present, record, and publish videos that explain digital marketing in simple language, build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate business enquiries.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking on camera, presenting ideas, creating engaging videos, and experimenting with different content formats.

What You’ll Do

1. Agency Videos & Brand Content

- Present videos explaining our services, including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Management, and Website Design.
- Create client case study videos highlighting challenges, strategies, and results.
- Record client testimonials, interviews, team introductions, and behind-the-scenes videos.
- Showcase our workplace, team culture, and day-to-day agency activities.

2. Social Media Video Content

- Create talking-head reels featuring digital marketing tips, practical advice, and business insights.
- Explain marketing news, platform updates, and trends from Google, Instagram, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
- Present complex marketing concepts in simple, engaging language.
- Develop creative video ideas, hooks, scripts, and formats for different social media platforms.

3. YouTube, Podcasts & Live Sessions

- Host YouTube explainers, tutorials, and educational videos.
- Record screen-based walkthroughs, such as setting up a Google Business Profile or launching a Google Ads campaign.
- Host podcasts and interview sessions with business owners, clients, and industry experts.
- Present webinars, workshops, and live sessions on Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

4. Sales & Lead Generation Support

- Record personalised video messages for prospective clients.
- Create short video audits highlighting opportunities to improve a prospect’s digital presence.
- Produce pitch videos, presentation videos, and service explainers for the sales team.
- Record welcome videos and introductory messages for recent clients.

5. Video Ads & Promotional Content





- Create UGC-style video ads for the agency’s Meta and YouTube campaigns.
- Present promotional videos for client advertising campaigns.
- Experiment with different hooks, scripts, calls to action, and presentation styles to improve engagement and lead generation.

6. Events & On-Ground Presenting

- Host agency events, workshops, seminars, and business sessions as an anchor.
- Conduct street interviews and short conversations with local business owners.
- Interview clients, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals for social media and long-form content.

7. Video Production & Publishing

- Shoot videos using a smartphone or camera while maintaining good lighting, framing, and sound quality.
- Perform basic video editing, add subtitles, and use tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Repurpose long-form videos into reels, shorts, and other platform-specific clips.
- Publish content, engage with comments, and help build an active online community.
- Track video views, engagement, follower growth, and leads to improve future content.
- Create and present content in Hindi, English, and Hinglish.

- Thumbnail creation and basic visual design skills.
- Experience creating YouTube content, reels, podcasts, or video advertisements.

Experience

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in video presenting, anchoring, content creation, acting, hosting, video production, or social media content will have an advantage. A portfolio, showreel, or sample on-camera video demonstrating presentation skills is preferred.
