We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Housekeeping Associate to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction in guest rooms and assigned areas of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas according to hotel standards.
- Perform bed making, linen changing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, towels, and room supplies.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and maintain proper hygiene and safety standards.
- Use cleaning chemicals and housekeeping equipment safely and effectively.
- Report maintenance issues and room defects to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Handle Lost and Found items according to hotel policy.
- Maintain housekeeping trolleys, pantries, and linen supplies.
- Follow Do Not Disturb (DND) procedures and respect guest privacy.




- Respond politely to guest requests and provide professional service.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass.
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience preferred; freshers may apply.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain attention to detail.
- Professional grooming, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
