Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Trainer to deliver professional training aligned with the AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions certification exam. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure architecture, cloud infrastructure, security, networking, identity management, business continuity, and governance.

The candidate should be capable of explaining complex cloud architecture concepts, delivering practical demonstrations, and guiding learners through real-world architecture design scenarios and certification preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive training aligned with the Microsoft AZ-305 certification objectives.
- Explain Azure cloud architecture, solution design principles, and best practices.
- Train learners on designing identity, governance, and monitoring solutions.
- Cover Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), role-based access control (RBAC), and identity management.
- Provide training on designing data storage solutions, including Azure Storage, Azure SQL, and relevant database services.
- Explain Azure infrastructure design, including virtual networks, connectivity, load balancing, and network security.
- Train learners on designing compute solutions using Azure Virtual Machines,



containers, Azure App Service, and related services.
- Cover business continuity, high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery strategies.
- Explain Azure security, compliance, governance, and resource management.
- Train learners on designing scalable, resilient, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Demonstrate Azure architecture patterns and real-world solution design scenarios.
- Guide learners through case studies, architecture diagrams, and hands-on labs.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, practice questions, and assessments.
- Help learners prepare for the AZ-305 certification exam.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services and solution architecture.
- Good understanding of Azure infrastructure, networking, compute, and storage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, identity, and access management.
- Experience designing Azure networking solutions, including VNets, VPN, and private connectivity.
- Understanding of Azure security, governance, compliance, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL, Azure Storage,



and data platform architecture.
- Experience with high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, resilient, and cost-optimized cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure Well-Architected Framework.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain cloud architecture concepts through practical examples and case studies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent expertise.
- Previous experience as an Azure Solutions Architect, Cloud Consultant, or Azure Trainer.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise Azure solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure infrastructure, cloud migration, and hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (Bicep or Terraform), and automation is an advantage.
- Experience delivering corporate, classroom, or online cloud training.
- Previous experience preparing learners for Microsoft Azure certification exams.

Pay: ₹911,000.00 - ₹2,450,000.00 per year
