- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
- Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Conduct website audits and identify SEO issues and growth opportunities.
- Manage link-building strategies and monitor backlink profiles.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, and overall site structure.
- Work on local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and other relevant SEO initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare SEO reports, track KPIs, and share performance updates with clients.
- Manage and guide the SEO team, delegate tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.




- Communicate directly with clients to understand their requirements, explain SEO strategies, and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with content writers, developers, and other digital marketing team members.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO.
- Experience handling multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage, guide, and coordinate with an SEO team.
- Excellent client communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of website structure, crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Ability to plan strategies, manage deadlines, and deliver measurable results.
- Experience working with a digital marketing agency.
- Ability to handle both client accounts and internal team responsibilities independently.
