we are looking for a seasoned QA professional with strong QA Architecture expertise and experience operating at a Technical QA Manager or Delivery Manager level.

We are looking for an experienced QA professional with strong expertise in Quality Assurance Architecture and experience in a Technical QA Manager or Delivery Manager role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining QA strategies, designing scalable testing frameworks, driving test automation, and ensuring quality standards across projects and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and implement QA strategies, test architecture, and quality engineering standards.
- Design and oversee scalable test automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Drive functional, regression, integration, performance, and API testing strategies as relevant to project requirements.
- Establish quality metrics, KPIs, test governance, and defect management processes.
- Lead QA teams, mentor engineers, and oversee testing activities across projects.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, product, and delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
- Identify testing risks, improve QA processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder communication, delivery timelines, and quality-related escalations.

Required Skill Set

1. QA Architecture & Strategy

- Test architecture and QA strategy design
- Test planning, estimation, and risk-based testing
- Quality engineering standards and governance

2. Test Automation





- Experience designing automation frameworks
- Hands-on understanding of tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent
- Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript

3. Testing & Quality Engineering

- Functional, regression, integration, and API testing
- Defect lifecycle and test management
- Understanding of performance testing and non-functional testing

4. Leadership & Delivery Management

- QA team leadership and mentoring
- Project delivery, resource planning, and risk management
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Quality metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement

5. Tools & Processes

- Familiarity with Jira and test management tools
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Candidate Requirements

- 9+ years of overall experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong experience in a QA Architect capacity.
- Experience working as a Technical QA Manager or QA Delivery Manager, with responsibility for QA strategy, teams, or delivery.
- Strong technical understanding of test automation, testing frameworks, and software quality processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates currently based in Delhi NCR are preferred; relocation is not preferred.
