Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in sales, preferably in the refractory industry or refractory raw materials segment. The candidate should have knowledge of refractory materials, customer requirements, and business development in industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new customers and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
- Promote and sell refractory products and refractory raw materials.
- Identify new business opportunities in industries such as steel, aluminium, cement, and other relevant sectors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable materials and products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.




- Achieve sales targets and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Conduct market research and track competitor activities.

Experience & Eligibility Requirements

- Prior experience in sales is mandatory.
- Experience in the refractory industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates who have worked with companies such as refractory raw material importing companies will be preferred.
- Knowledge of refractory raw materials, product specifications, and industrial customers is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, customer-handling, and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with an established industrial customer network and experience in selling refractory materials or raw materials to steel, aluminium, cement, or other manufacturing industries will be given preference.
