Job Description:

- Valuable knowledge of GLP and ISO 17025 requirements. ?
- Conduct physical and chemical analysis of food products and raw materials. ?
- Perform analysis as per FSSAI manual, BIS and AOAC method references. ?
- Operation, calibration, and troubleshooting of instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer, etc. ?
- Method development, optimization, and validation of analytical procedures. ?
- Conduct stability studies and maintain related documentation. ?
- Preparation of SOPs, testing procedures, and product specifications. ?




- Provide technical and analytical support to the NPD team. ?
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Key Skills / Qualifications:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Food Technology or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Food Testing / Analytical Laboratory.
- Knowledge of GLP, ISO 17025, FSSAI, BIS & AOAC.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer & Karl Fischer.
- Expertise in Method Development, Validation & Stability Studies.
