Job Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and student-focused HR Faculty member to deliver training in Human Resource Management and related topics. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students who aspire to build careers in HR.

Candidates with a background in HR, management, or business administration are encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also be considered. Prior experience in the EdTech or training industry will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions on Human Resource Management and related topics.
- Teach key HR concepts, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, training and development, performance management, payroll, employee engagement, and HR operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, assessments, and practical activities.
- Explain HR concepts using real-world examples, case studies, and industry practices.
- Guide students in developing practical HR skills and workplace readiness.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students in resolving subject-related doubts and completing assignments.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends, practices, and relevant employment regulations.
- Maintain student attendance, performance records,



and training documentation.
- Coordinate with the academic team to improve training quality and student outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong HR subject knowledge and a passion for teaching may be considered.
- Prior experience in HR, teaching, corporate training, or student mentoring will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the EdTech or professional training industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation, classroom management, and mentoring skills.
- Practical understanding of HR functions and workplace practices.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to student development.
