Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Service Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of machines at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and maintain machinery and equipment at customer sites.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Conduct machine inspections, repairs, and servicing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
- Travel to customer locations as required.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
- Experience in machine installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle customer issues.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment will be an advantage.
Experience
Candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience in machine servicing, industrial equipment maintenance, or technical customer support are preferred.
