Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and student-focused Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to counsel students and parents regarding courses, eligibility criteria, fees, and career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and fee structures.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into successful admissions.
- Explain course details, career prospects, and institutional facilities to students and parents.
- Assist students with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and admissions.
- Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to the overall growth of the institution.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build positive relationships with students and parents and provide timely assistance throughout the admission journey.

Eligibility Criteria





- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with relevant qualifications will be preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office, email, and online communication tools.
- Strong counselling, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Prior experience in admissions, counselling, sales, or education will be an added advantage. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
