WE ARE HIRING – E-COMMERCE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow online sales of our racking and storage products through our website and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and update product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and stock availability.
- Improve product visibility through relevant keywords and listing optimisation.
- Manage online orders, dispatch coordination, delivery tracking, returns and refunds.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve marketplace queries promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams and logistics partners.
- Manage marketplace promotions, offers and advertising campaigns.




- Monitor sales, advertising expenses, marketplace charges and payment settlements.
- Maintain daily order reports and recommend ways to increase sales and profitability.

Requirements

- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify , Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and website order management.
- Positive communication, customer service and MS Excel skills.
