Role Description The Procurement manager will manage end-to-end procurement activities for thermal engineering and compressed air treatment products and related systems. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru involves identifying and qualifying suppliers, preparing and issuing requests for quotation (RFQs), evaluating bids, and negotiating pricing and terms to meet project, quality, and cost objectives. The role includes raising and tracking purchase orders,



coordinating delivery schedules, and ensuring timely availability of materials and components for manufacturing and project execution. The Procurement Engineer will collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams to align procurement decisions with technical specifications and company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Supplier Evaluation and Request for Quotation (RFQ) skills for sourcing and assessing vendors.
- Candidates should possess skills in managing Purchase Orders and related procurement documentation and workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for cost analysis.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Experience in industrial procurement or supply chain, preferably in thermal engineering, HVAC, compressed air systems, or related manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of quality standards, basic contract terms, and vendor management practices.
- Proficiency with ERP or Tally.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
